The applicant should be a self-starter, have strong communication skills, and be sales-oriented.
Responsibilities:
• Generate sales prospects by cold calling and market canvassing
• Develop or grow your professional network
• Manage a book of business
• Provide high-quality customer service to current and potential clients
• Develop marketing plans for Real Estate Properties
• Attend meetings and building tours with potential end-users and investors
• Participate in contract negotiations and client due diligence processes
• Conduct cold calls and door to door canvassing to obtain market information and generate new business
• Follow up on Leads Generated
Requirements:
• Business-to-business experience
• Strong analytical skills combined with an understanding of financial models
• 2 years Experience selling Real Estate Properties or similar products
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree and/or professional certificates preferred, but not required.

Pay:
₦50,000/ Month basic salary plus a 5% commission on sales generated montly.
