A Thank You Message
A special thanks to Almighty God...
First of all, I would like to thank the African Child Foundation for selecting our company as the ‘Excellent & Integrity In Real Estate Business’ and honouring us with this award for the class 2019 Nigeria Role Model Award. Well, this is a very proud moment for me as it took approximately 5 years to reach this platform. But let me tell you, I didn’t walk alone; I was accompanied by all the valuable staff members and the dedicated employees both past and present who have worked day-in and day-out to make the company one of the most recognisable brands in Nigeria. Here, I would especially like to thank the customers too, who believed in us and gave us continuous business which motivated us to work harder to give them the best services in our capacity. So also the Investors who have put their trust in us...Without you all, there is no ASGAF.
Being awarded with A NIGERIA ROLE MODEL AWARD for Excellent and integrity in Real Estate Business means a lot for me because it means people are watching us outside there and love our organization and they are happy with us. Every time we try to put in our best in terms of professionalism, Integrity and Customer Satisfaction.
We maintain this uniqueness so that we can actually work upon the clients need in revelation to their Real Estate demands. I especially thank all the those who had been very honest with us in sharing their feelings with us, because it motivated us to do better for them and thus, we are here today receiving this award.
Since last 5 years, our company has not only worked upon enhancing the product and services we offer, but I as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer take it upon myself to give a free coaching and consultancy through a platform I tagged The Real Estate Hub to disseminate necessary information and knowledge to Real Estate stakeholders.
Our company works upon 5 basic philosophies: Consistency, Professionalism, Integrity, Relationship building and Work-Life Balance for the employees.
I would like to take some moment today to especially thank all the Board of Directors ably chaired by Mr AbdulFatai Asimi (A father and a mentor) and the entire Shareholders and clients who have worked with much dedication and formulated policies which not just work for the benefit of the customers, but also helps meeting the company’s common objective.
The last 5 years have been a great journey for us and we have also seen our due share of ups and downs in the company. The first two years, we were busy with establishing ourselves and creating brand name and image and the next 3 years we worked in maintaining the image that we established. The company has also seen the downturn for 1 continuous year, but the constant and unconditional support that I have got from the staffs, management, and the employees was outstanding, which motivated me to come over the challenge. I would also like to mention the name of the shareholders, who have always trusted and believed us and have continued to invest in our company.
Last but not the least of course, winning this honour wouldn’t have been possible without my family’s moral support and inspiration; they are truly my backbone. I sincerely thank each one of you for your continuous support and also all the internal and external stakeholders who are directly or indirectly involved in the making and functioning of our company.
With this note, I’ll end my speech with the promise that there are more such awards to follow.
